BotSquash provides workflow automation and AI integration services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals.
Upon full payment, you own all automations, workflows, and documentation we create for you. You retain full ownership of your data and business logic. We do not claim any intellectual property rights to your project.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Each package includes a bug-fix support period as specified. Additional changes or new features beyond the original scope may require additional fees.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, processes, or data with third parties without your consent.
BotSquash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You retain ownership of all completed work. Refunds for incomplete work will be determined based on progress.
