Studio Tab is an offline studio manager for private music teachers. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: everything you enter stays on your device, and we never receive any of it.
Nothing. Studio Tab has no account system, no sign-in, and no server. We operate no backend that could receive your data, so none of it reaches us.
The information you type in — students, instruments and levels, lesson schedules, attendance, payments, balances, practice logs, repertoire, events and notes — is saved in a private database on your device only. It is visible to you and to anyone with access to your unlocked phone. It is not uploaded anywhere.
When you export an invoice, receipt or backup, the file is written to your device and shared only if and where you choose to send it, using your phone's standard share sheet. Studio Tab does not transmit those files anywhere on its own.
Studio Tab works fully offline. The app requests the internet permission only so that the Google Play Billing flow can process and verify your Studio Tab Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) through Google Play. No personal or student data is sent as part of that. Payment processing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your card details.
Studio Tab contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers and no advertising identifier. Your usage is not measured or profiled.
Studio Tab is a business tool intended for music teachers, not for children. Teachers may of course record information about students who are minors; that information stays on the teacher's device under the terms above and is never transmitted to us.
Deleting a record removes it from the app. Uninstalling Studio Tab removes the entire database from your device. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf — and equally, uninstalling without a backup is permanent.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a revised date above.
