Handmade Pricing Calculator (Craft Pricing) is an offline pricing calculator for handmade sellers, published by BotSquash. This policy explains how the app handles information. Short version: no account, no login, no ads, no analytics or tracking SDK of any kind. Every material, rate, and saved product you enter stays on your own device — it is never uploaded to us, and we never see it.

Data we collect directly

None. The app has no account, no login, and no servers of its own.

• Materials, hourly rates, and saved products (name, itemized materials, time, markups) you enter are stored only in a local database on your own device. We do not see, receive, or store any of this data.
• It never leaves your phone unless you choose to export a price sheet and share it yourself (see below).
• The app does not use analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.
• The app does not use the advertising ID and contains no ad network — there are no ads anywhere in Handmade Pricing Calculator, free or Pro.

Price-sheet export (Pro)

The Pro unlock lets you export a price sheet as a PDF, which you can share via any app you choose (email, messaging, cloud storage) or save to your device. This export is entirely under your control — the app itself never uploads or transmits the PDF anywhere; it only hands the file to whatever destination you pick via Android's own share sheet.

Backup & restore (Pro)

The Pro unlock also adds the ability to export your materials, rates, and saved products as a single local backup file, and restore from one. The app never uploads or transmits this file anywhere — it only hands it to whatever destination you pick via Android's own share sheet, and restoring replaces your current data only after you confirm.

Permissions

The app does not use camera, location, contacts, microphone, notifications, or any cross-app identifier. Internet access is used only for Google Play Billing, and only if you purchase the optional Pro unlock.

In-app purchase

The one-time Craft Pricing Pro unlock (product id craft_pricing_pro, removes the saved-product, library, and rate limits and adds price-sheet export and backup — one-time purchase, $4.99 or your region's equivalent price, never a subscription) is sold and processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card or payment details. The app only stores a local flag on your device recording that the unlock is active.

Children

The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children. It is a general-audience business tool for craft and handmade sellers, not directed at or marketed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
