Handmade Pricing Calculator (Craft Pricing) is an offline pricing calculator for handmade sellers, published by BotSquash. This policy explains how the app handles information. Short version: no account, no login, no analytics SDK. Every material, rate, and saved product you enter stays on your own device - it is never uploaded to us, and we never see it. The free version shows ads from Unity Ads; Pro has no ads.

Data we collect directly

None. The app has no account, no login, and no servers of its own.

• Materials, hourly rates, and saved products (name, itemized materials, time, markups), and the selling figures you add to them (fees, booth fee, tax, shipping), are stored only in a local database on your own device. We do not see, receive, or store any of this data.
• It never leaves your phone unless you choose to export a price sheet and share it yourself (see below).
• The app does not use analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.

Ads (free version only)

The free version shows ads from Unity Ads (Unity Technologies): a small banner and, at most twice a day, a full-screen ad right after you save a product. No ads are shown the first time you use the app. The Unity SDK may collect your advertising ID, device and network information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data, and may share it with its ad partners, for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. This data goes to Unity, not to us. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

• Personalised ads are off unless you turn them on in Settings, Ads.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Privacy, Ads).
• Pro has no ads: for Pro users the ad SDK is not started at all.
• Ads never receive your materials, rates, products or prices.

Ratings and updates

The app may show Google Play's own rating sheet (at most once every 90 days) and Google Play's own in-app update prompt. Both are provided by Google Play; the app sends nothing to us for either.

Price-sheet export (Pro)

The Pro unlock lets you export a price sheet as a PDF, which you can share via any app you choose (email, messaging, cloud storage) or save to your device. This export is entirely under your control - the app itself never uploads or transmits the PDF anywhere; it only hands the file to whatever destination you pick via Android's own share sheet.

Backup & restore (Pro)

The Pro unlock also adds the ability to export your materials, rates, and saved products as a single local backup file, and restore from one. The app never uploads or transmits this file anywhere - it only hands it to whatever destination you pick via Android's own share sheet, and restoring replaces your current data only after you confirm.

Permissions

The app does not use camera, precise location, contacts, microphone or notifications. Internet access is used for Google Play Billing, Google Play's rating and update prompts, and, in the free version, Unity Ads, which also uses the advertising ID.

In-app purchase

The one-time Handmade Pricing Pro unlock (product id craft_pricing_pro, removes the saved-product, library, and rate limits and all ads, and adds every fee preset, tax and shipping lines, price-sheet export and backup - one-time purchase at the price shown in Google Play, never a subscription) is sold and processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card or payment details. The app only stores a local flag on your device recording that the unlock is active.

Children

We collect no personal data from anyone, including children and teenagers. Ads are non-personalised unless the user turns personalised ads on.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
